I have a habit of writing these profile things and they always sound terribly out-dated whenever i next look at them.

I live and work in Winchester. Hopefully that's not going to change for a while! I love this city, and i enjoy what i do for a living. I am a codesmith: a crafter of software. I am always striving to be better at what i do because it is my passion.

I am married to my most wonderful life partner. I am bisexual. I enjoy geocaching and geohashing. After a long journey through Christianity and spirituality, i finally realised that i am in fact atheist. I am fanatical about Linux and free software. I love my family.

This journal has no particular theme. Like Hansel and Gretel leaving stones along a path, i sometimes leave little extracts of my state of mind so that one day i may be able to find my way back again. I don't write for anybody other than myself. If you enjoy the insights into my mind, i'm pleased for you! :)
